Allison and her team were outstanding the night of my 60th Birthday party.  She was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make my night very special.  Besides that....all the food was fantastic! People kept telling me wow. She did a Vegan plate for a friend and also included Gluten free items for me. I hope to use her talents at another time in the near future! More...

I had a baby shower catered by AE catering and they did a phenomenal job! Allison created a menu that consisted of: shrimp and grits, french toast casserole, mini chicken and waffles, bacon, fruit, mimosas, and the most beautiful dessert table I have seen. The food was delicious and none was left by the end of our event. Allison is very organized, professional, creative,detail oriented, and will work hard to make sure the client is more than pleased. I have no words for Allison and her yummy food.  "Amazing" doesn't suffice.  I would highly recommend  AE catering & events without hesitation, which is not something I do often and unfortunately not something I can say about all of our vendors.  Every aspect of the service was impeccable. Allison helped me figure out what I wanted on my menu to make my guest feel welcome and appreciated.  She helped me understand which dishes would go well together and remain in my budget, which is another thing most of my vendors didn't seem to comprehend.  Allison also considered aesthetics and helped me come up with a menu that was aesthetically pleasing, which it was!  The photographer took several photos of the food because it was just so pretty and fancy looking!!! I get hungry just looking at our wedding photos lol on the front end Allison was awesome in helping me think about things I didn't know to think about.  She was friendly and a quick responder which is so helpful with you are trying to plan a wedding.  Then, on the day of my wedding, it was as if the food magically and beautifully appeared. Allison and her team were almost invisible - super professional appearance and they didn't stand out at all (which was important to me)  I trusted AE catering & events with a big part of the most important day of my life and they were awesome.
