Q&As

My clients! I love having the opportunity to celebrate their successes with them and tackle the challenges. It is wonderful to see people and businesses grow over time.

As a project manager with 25 years corporate experience, I became a business coach to fulfill a desire to help business owners maximize the potential of their business, achieve their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity goals, and to support the local economy. My burning desire is to leave things better than I found them!

We'll decide together whether business coaching is right for you and whether I'm the right business coach for you! A lot depends on your needs and whether we "click". I truly enjoy working with my clients and we have a lot of fun in the process of helping them succeed.

Yes. I use the Zoom platform and have found virtual coaching to be just as effective as in person.

Services

A set coaching program of 8 hours of virtual meetings to develop the strategic plan for your business. The strategic planning process includes time spent on determining what success looks like for you (it's different for everyone), a reality check on where you are now and what needs to stop/start/change to get you where you want to go, creating the company Mission, Values, Brand Promise. At the end of the program you have a clear plan of where you want to go and what you need to do in the next 3 months, next year, next 5 years to get you there.

A set coaching program of 8 hours of virtual coaching broken down into 3 stages. We spend time figuring out what's important to you and what you want to get out of a business or career. If you have a business idea we then spend time validating the concept and whether it's in alignment with the things that are important to you and working on a business plan. If you are unclear of the career path for you we work on discovering your strengths, weaknesses and passions. We end the program by creating goals and action plans to get you to the new business or career.

An open-ended coaching engagement that is customized to meet your needs. There is no long term commitment and what we work on changes over time as you progress on your goals. We always start with strategic planning and goal setting so we know where we are going! Generally, most clients meet twice a month for an hour and a half each time but it can be more or less frequent depending on the tasks at hand.
