I received a call from them and listen when they offered to help my business. I'm a small "Mom and Pop" type business. So of course I'll listen to anything that'll help. I first spoke with a lady that filled me in and spoke with another representative. They went over everything which I was shocked at the data they showed me and explained to me. We went over searched keywords how many times it was searched for every month and so on. Went over my website and its ranking "organically". WOW! Can I give 10 stars to Jeremy Madarang, project manager?!?! I can not praise him enough! I am a baby-boomer and not tech savvy. I had my google listing all jacked up.
