There is an actual deep tissue massage lady there. The chiropractor is new so far he does a great job. Every one is nice in the office and it is a joy going there.

There are so many good things to say about Advanced orthopedics, but what stands out the most is the quality of service. I have been to both offices but the Euclid office is my home. Before she went to the new office, Dr. Sarah was my doctor and I was sad she went to the west side, I almost switched locations to continue to have her treat me. But the Euclid office is close to my home.Then Dr. Kaz took over and she is phenomenal. Dr. Kaz was very instrumental in preparing me for my recent surgery as well as following up with my care afterwards and ongoing. Clint is new to me, but feels like I have known him forever. He has a great attitude and although he laughs wiTh me he makes sure I do ALL my therapy, no cheating lol. Please forgive me if I spell her name wrong but Kamecha is the best. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always pleasant on and off the phone, always smiling with a great attitude. She has exemplified what Great Customer Service is and should be recognized for how hard she works, not because as a lot of people would and have said "it's my job" but because she really care about the patients. A lot of companies do not appreciate "the little guy" and they often get over looked but what they need to realize is that the "little guy" is your front line, foundation , and who keeps things running smoothly. She has made calls for me to make sure paperwork was faxed and received, made sure appointments where scheduled, and I will never forget when I was unable to reach my surgeon's office and called Kamecha she was able to get my message to the doctor and they called me back after the phone lines came back up. I was sooo grateful that she was able to not only reach them but followed up to make sure I talked to them. Most people don't do that, they just send a message and let that be it. I'm not sure if she or any of the staff will see this but know that Renee really appreciate you ALL and Kamecha continue to be who you are and brightening clients days. I had a great experience at Advanced Orthopedics & Physical Therapy. After the first day of treatment I already felt better and after the second session my terrible lower back pain is gone. Dr Friedman was very exact, straight to the point, and also very thoughtful, a true professional. Also every staff member I got in contact with was very pleasant and professional.
