Advanced Acupuncture is an amazing place. I heard about them from a friend. It is always difficult finding a place you can truly trust. I have been coming here at least once or twice a week since August 2021. Dr. Hu has been amazing. She has been helping me as I go through my cancer treatments. She is very thorough in providing relief for the pain I experience while receiving treatments and extensive testing. Dr. Hu truly listens to me when I share my experiences and frustrations working with other doctors. I feel most doctors do not take the time to sit down and truly listen to the patient. Dr. Hu takes the time to listen and provides relief for the pain but also helps in other areas of my life. I feel Dr. Hu truly cares about people and loves what she does to help others. I would be lost without Dr. Hu's guidance and encouragement. She has helped me in so many ways as I continue working through my cancer treatments. The office and medical staff are also very helpful and courteous to me and other patients. They take the time to listen and help answer my questions. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Advanced Acupuncture truly cares about people. Being in the office is so comforting and relaxing it sometimes feels like I am going for a spa treatment. I am so relaxed and at peace after my visits. If you are reading this and are considering acupuncture, I would highly recommend Advanced Acupuncture for yourself with any issues you are experiencing. COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All patients are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open, but at limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They do not allow pets in their establishment unless it is a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive. However, this massive parking lot is shared by several other doctor's offices. So, the lot does get full very quickly. If the lot is full, park on the street. Staff: The staff at the front desk here are very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. That's why I decided to remove one star. Dr. Hu is bomb though. Super nice and caring. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. More...
