I have to say that I do not think that Neil could have done a better job on cleaning my carpets. I will admit it's been a while since my carpets had been cleaned and really needed the treatment. Neil mediately took my phone call and came over the next day when promised for an estimate which I felt was quite reasonable. I had received a few recommendations for Neil as well as other companies but Neil was the most professional by far. My carpets are over 15 years old but he did such an awesome job. He was very meticulous with pretreating stains and explaining the process in great detail to me. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and the service he performed.
