I do group training with Adam. Even though we are in a group session he customizes each persons workout to suit his or her needs. I highly recommend Adam!

Adam is a fantastic trainer. He is knowlegeable and a great motivator. His group training classes are challenging but fun and the gym is an awesome community. Best gym in Lakeland by far!!

If you need that extra push and accountability well you found the right spot , I’ve worked in the fitness industry and ran many of big box clubs throughout the state of Florida and worked with some of the best personal trainers in the state and I’d rate Adam @ the top ! !! He keeps it fun but yet professional and wants you to get results , He will push you past your limits and reach goals you never Thought you could , but the first step is to come in and start !!!
