I decided to have a consult with Dr. Rubinstein solely based on reviews I read online. From the moment I made the call to make my appointment I had a good feeling about my decision. I went in for my consult yesterday 9/10/19. I waited to see him longer than usual but he himself came out and apologized and let me know what was going on and that he would be with me shortly. The consult was AMAZING; well worth the wait. I will not go into details about my future procedure but I will say Dr Rubinstein was extremely thorough, patient, caring, and has extensive knowledge. I have been coming to Rubinstein's office since November of 2018. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. Ramzi, in particular, has worked on my fillers and botox and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make their face beautiful again. She is very thorough and very honest about every procedure she is doing. There is nothing that I value more than honesty. Not only that but she has a great personality and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I clicked with her from day one! She popped my botox cherry and I think ill be with her for life. LOL. Since my first consultation with Dr. Rubinstein in December 2018 till my last, after surgery, follow up appointment in June 2019 I had nothing but excellent and courteous service from Dr. Rubinstein and his staff. Every appointment with Dr. Rubinstein, before and after surgery, was a very pleasant experience. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions and never tried to rush the appointment along. The aftercare I received immediately after a long surgery was excellent both by Dr. Rubinstein and his RN Tiffany. It is now 3 and a half months post surgery and the results so far are very satisfactory. My family and friends have noticed a big change in my physique and have complimented me on it. Since the surgery I have lost 20 pounds so far and it has boosted my energy and my daily workout tremendously. My first fear coming to the office was going to be parking. Luckily, parking was an absolute breeze. There are plenty of spaces located right outside of the building. A quick and painless elevator ride up to the penthouse leads you to his beautiful and cozy office where you will be greeted by some of the kindest office staff I have ever encountered. The wait was short and sweet. My appointment was with Ramzi and she actually came to get me herself. She sat with me for a good 20 minutes to explain the procedure I was going to be having. Not only did she explain everything there was to know about Botox, she answered all of my questions with no hesitation or frustration. She has amazing hands and technique! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that with what she also recommended. It was a perfect combination and I'm grateful for her! The Injections were absolutely painless and very quick. I walked out of the office feeling like a million bucks. I definitely look forward to coming back in a few months for a touch up and maybe a little extra here and there. I failed to mention I came to Dr. Rubensteins' office from West Kendall. It was about an hr drive, and although I know there are plenty of medspas and drs offices from my house to aventura, I wouldn't have chosen to do my Botox with anyone else. Dr. Rubinstein is an amazing doctor and artist! I came to this office after losing a significant amount of weight and wanted to have breast augmentation with a lift. Dr. Rubinstein spent much time with me in the examination room and explained the route he would be taking with this surgery. I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffiany, who is the OR nurse, this same day. I knew that I was going to have the surgery with Dr. Rubinstein and wanted to get the ball rolling. (Please don't get me wrong, I did not rush into anything and definitely did my research on doctors!!)Tiffiany is FANTABULOUS!! She is very accommodating, caring, professional and really and truly loves what she does. I felt so comfortable in the presence of everyone associated with this practice. The best. Was referred to Dr. Rubinstein by a dermatologist that told me basically my skin moles weren't cancerous and if I wanted to remove them it would be the most preventive method, rather than watching them very closely. He said Dr. Rubinstein would take care of me, which Dr. Rubinstein did well. It was easy to make an appointment. The office building has plenty of parking, the view from the Penthouse floor is gorgeous, and the office is pristine. The entire staff was wonderful and there. Dr. Rubinstein patiently and conscientiously went through my medical history and explained my options without pressure toward my decision. Dr. Rubinstein's bedside manner is a sight to behold. You can tell he has many years of experience, the respect of staff, and a perfect understanding of patients like me. Once in the operating room he asked me what kind of music I wanted and maintained a fascinating discussion while operating. I was totally shocked at the painlessness due to whatever he used and how he removed my skin marks. It was great that he has interesting stories to listen to and chat about while he was operating. Dr. Rubinstein is the first doctor in South Florida to get my Botox done correctly. He understands the symmetry of your face to ensure a natural, yet youthful look. I've left other offices with injections that lowered my eyelids resulting in an unpleasant look...or lifted my eyebrows so dramatically, reflecting an intense/ unnatural result. I purchased a Living Social coupon for a botox treatment & had my procedure today. Very nice office & staff & Dr. South, who administered my injections was great! He explained everything he was going to to and it was over before i knew it. My only complaint was that I wish I had more time to discuss potential future procedures with him but felt a bit rushed out. In all honestly, it may have been me who felt in a rush but I do regret not asking more questions. While I was in the waiting room, i noticed lots of people coming in & out with a mix of returning & new clients, including a few who were very obvious regulars. Words can not explain how grateful I'm to Dr. Rubinstein and his staff members. I visited many Dr's to find the right one, must of them do not have proper certificates, or their staff members or the Dr. evaluated you in less than 5 minutes on their first consultation and then they constantly call you egor to charge you.
