Adam Clark Fitness is more than a gym, it's a community with professional and supportive trainers who motivate you to do 1% better every day, coupled with the benefits of an experienced massage therapist. With a whole health approach; ACF mixes conditioning with strength training and incorporates mobility work into every workout while providing excellent insight into nutrition and the benefits of engaging and exercising the mind.
I would recommend ACF to anyone at any fitness level who is looking for a positive and inclusive environment where the trainers are truly dedicated to your success.

I highly recommend Adam Clark Fitness! Adam individualizes and he supports motivation toward obtaining individual goals both in the gym and between gym training sessions. Adam also modifies exercises when needed as well as realizes what I like, desire and hope for. One of my first goals was to lose eight to ten pounds that I gained in five months while rehabbing from a fall before returning to most of my exercise regime. Yet, even though I returned to exercise, I kept that added weight for fourteen months which was not wanted for several reasons and for the most part, not wanted for knee function reasons. So, while Adam helped me apply strategies and change a few habits and mindsets supported with new information and information review, I lost those pounds in 2.5 months; and have kept those pounds off for three months. Personally, as I age and look forward to more birthdays, good health has become more significant to me as I want to remain as active as possible for both enjoyment and day to day independent living reasons. So, thank you Adam for helping me obtain goals and create other goals while promoting positive and jovial experiences both in and out of the gym! More...

Just finished the Fall Challenge 2019. It gave me confidence to try new things and use preparation to be successful during a busy time of the year for me. This is my first year with Adam Clark fitness and I absolutely love it. Adam gives you that one on one time needed to perform at your best. He offers fun outdoor actives as well as nutrition tips. The people I have met always motivate me and we have fun! I look forward to each class! Adam pushes me to become stronger and faster! Adam knows his stuff ! So things never get boring and he is able to provide comic relief and laughs when needed. But mostly I think of his classes as “ safe spaces” where everyone can be who they are and flourish because of that opportunity. I’m enjoying it immensely and I am feeling stronger not only physically,but mentally. I am on week six of a challenge with Adam through a wellness program at my work and I am loving it! I am not going to lie it was a struggle a few times to be consistent and to stick with it but I was able to because of Adam. He provides all the tools you need to make small changes that will give you a better and healthier lifestyle but you have to be willing to put in the work and be consistent. I started working with Adam in January 2018 at the Y and have continued to work with him at Adam Clark Fitness. A goal I set then was to climb Ben Nevis (highest Mt. in the British Isles) while vacationing in Scotland. DONE! Working with Adam helped me build strength and stamina. Adam tailors the workouts and encourages you to do more than you thought you could. All of those lunges, squats, box jumps, step ups and hill runs were instrumental in helping me achieve that goal. His ability to personalize every single workout to accommodate any special considerations (I started with a broken toe) while challenging everyone to be their best is amazing. ACF is all about personalization and relationships. Adam takes the time to understand his client’s strengths and needs on a myriad of levels. He challenges the individual to discover for themselves who they wish to be as a mentally, physically, nutritionally healthy human being. He teaches through demonstration, observation, practice and offers feedback in a collaborative, respectful environment which allows for risk-taking. Was in the area for a few days and did a session with Adam. He assessed my limitations and put me through a great 50 minute workout. It was intense and I was gassed at the end of it. I’ll be back when I can. I know why other clients have a lot of success with Adam. Adam is a phenomenal trainer...encourages you to go past your previous "comfort zone", and discover that yes, you can do it! He personalizes your exercises according to limitations you might have physically, without going too easy on you. It's a fine balance, but he nails it! Adam is an excellent coach and all-around great guy! He's been my personal trainer for the last 4 years. I went through a few major health issues, including breast cancer, through those four years and Adam's coaching helped me tremendously. I had 5 surgeries over a 13-month period and lost nearly all of my upper body strength as well as my flexibility. Adam designed a plan to get me back to feeling like myself again. I'm happy to say that just 8 months after my last surgery I am feeling fully back to my previous level of upper body strength. Adam is very good at knowing when to push me (even when I think there is no way possible for me to do something) and when to back off a bit and switch me to something different in the middle of a particularly tough workout. I've seen tremendous gains with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants or needs to get into better shape. More...

If I could give 10 Stars I would!! I am so thankful to have Adam as a Personal Trainer.. training with him has changed my life. . Back in January I signed up for small group training, but what I gained was a gym Family! Initially I planned on “Sweating for my Wedding!” I had a goal in mind.. I wanted to lose 50 pounds by Sept. 1st! When my Wedding day came I was able to walk Down the Aisle 78 POUNDS LIGHTER AND 22.5 INCHES SMALLER!!!! Here are a few reasons why I say Adam is the Best... he Created a Special Wedding themed workout before my big day!! It was Effective.. we worked it!!! Our group had so much fun with it! Some of the guys dressed up with hats and a suit jacket, the girls wore Veils, and I’m doing Lunges while holding a Fake Bouquet!! This is the stuff that separates Adam from the rest... his personality naturally shines.. he has multiple clients, but always makes everyone feel included and he checks in with each and every person in his own way! Sometimes personal training can sound intimidating, but Adam makes you feel comfortable.. he once created a live Facebook Video answering all of our fitness and Nutrition questions! This was so helpful.. I used to feel so lost when it came to nutrition, but between the Nutritional Bible and this video.. I actually felt like I had direction when it came to grocery shopping!!! Adam is an excellent teacher/trainer! His workouts have not only taught me the importance of strength training, but he is meticulous on making sure your body mechanics are correct while doing so. He makes sure you work hard, and keeps you motivated and engaged during your workout too. He changes up your workouts so you are not doing the same things over and over, but takes the time to listen to you,and is very flexible in making changes to your workouts (add or remove certain exercises) to assure you are getting exactly what you want/need out of your sessions.
