I first met Rick and then Mark at Forest City Shuffle social gathering for both Lorain Avenue Merchants and Ohio City Merchants mixer thIs past Monday. After some interesting conversation with Rick, he informed and invited me to their workshop about social media which I just attended today. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dennis, who along with Rick and Mark, completes the team at Action Coach Team Neo. They put on an extremely informative and relevant workshop. After only a 2 hour workshop, I've already learned some very helpful tips which has gotten my business mind racing and has also renewed my enthusiasm about continuing to market our 3rd generation family business to keep it thriving and successful. After the workshop, I had the pleasure of chatting with these 3 gentlemen as only the 4 of us which was just awesome! We were able to learn more about each other's business which was just invaluable! I'm really looking forward to working further with Rick, Mark and Dennis and learning as much as I can from them to keep our business moving forward and growing!! More...

Attended the doing "Business on Facebook" workshop and I was thoroughly impressed. Mark and Rick are very personable but most importantly they know their stuff. Mark was engaging through out the workshop, stayed on track and the overall presentation give relevant, user friendly information.
