What do you love most about your job?
Assisting business owners to grow both personally and professionally. As they apply the strategies, systems, and solutions along with learning lessons to stretch themselves as leaders and entrepreneurs. This growth becomes very gratifying to them which in turn becomes my fuel.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be 100% totally responsible for my results good or bad. In addition, after 2008, I witnessed how so many business owners let what they couldn't control affect their outcomes and results. I simply wanted to go out and help those to see their blind spots to get through the tough stuff to build the business that works for them to deliver on their goals and dreams.
Why should our clients choose you?
I served in the restaurant industry for 14 years rising from a busboy all the way to management. Myself and my team took a brand new restaurant opening from chaos to store of the division two quarters in a row and I had the number one performing front bar in the nation in that restaurant chain. I've been through the 1990 recession, 2000 dot.com bubble, and the 2008 financial meltdown representing the financial industry. I've been a coach for eight years and my clients get results.
