What do you love most about your job?
Briefly, my clients.
My clients are all incredible dedicated and passionate people that find themselves feeling that they're working harder and getting less in return. When we start they are tired and frustrated and I love helping them fine tune their awesomeness to connect with the life they want and the person they want to be for others - personally or professionally. Watching them build momentum and connect with fulfillment is the best part of what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background is in engineering and quality. I spent twenty years optimizing systems and products and found that the biggest things that got in the way of creating effective solutions and implementing change wasn't about the external stuff like processes and work instruction.
It was about internal mental processes that impact creativity, collaboration, and action.
While I still love spreadsheets and flowcharts, I found that my passion is helping people connect with personal solutions to act with impact and live more fulfilling lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am client centered and my goal is to help you connect with the patterns you have that impact your performance and happiness for long term results. While I love my clients, I don't want to work with you forever. We aren't going to work on everything, we will focus on the most important and valuable actions.

I provide coaching services remotely, either through video conferencing or over the phone. Appointments are set up through my scheduling system along with reminders and easy rescheduling if necessary.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my services are available remotely. I support customers via virtual conferencing or over the phone.
Private Coaching
I work with mid-career professionals ready to organize the thoughts and sticky notes swirling around in their head so they can communicate with clarity, confidently make decisions, and build team trust.
My goal is not to have clients for life. I work with clients for as little as three months up to a year depending on where they start and where they want to go.
New clients start with six, one-hour sessions developing clarity around goals and challenges to create meaningful insight and action for immediate and long term results.
Mental Fitness Coaching
I offer a six-week program that helps clients develop the awareness and tools they need to overcome personal patterns and habits that perpetually trip them up making the change they most desire so elusive.
The most powerful part of this program is the structure that to help clients MAKE the changes they need. It's one thing to know it and another to DO it.
You likely have a good idea on what changes you need/want to make, yet you haven't. What's in the way? Mental chatter? Judgement? Self doubt?

I speak for corporate events, industry and professional associations, and employee resource groups.
In addition to the talk, I offer opportunities to incorporate activities for a mini-workshop creating experiential learning.
