When I started training with Brandon my top goal was to build muscle, but I had concerns about my joints and flexibility. My job can be physically demanding and causes a lot of stiffness and discomfort on my body . Brandon taught me the skills I need to increase my flexibility, avoid joint pain and build muscle. I believe this is a life long skill that I will always be able to revert back to and I am so grateful that I invested my time and money in ActIn FITT. Brandon went above and beyond my expectations and he was very encouraging throughout the entire process. ActIn FITT is a clean and uplifting environment. I highly recommend that you schedule an evaluation and check it out! More...

Brandon was my trainer when I decided I wanted to start building muscle and I was clueless as what to do in the gym. He understood what my goals were and got me there. I went from cardio only and no muscle mass to building a physique I was not only happy with "look-wise", but he helped me FEEL so much better and so much stronger, and I was also much more educated. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help reaching their fitness goals or just needs motivation. (plus hes awesome & our sessions were always fun ) More...

I started training with Brandon Puterbaugh when I was at my physical worst, I was 240-245 lbs, I had injuries from working out with horrible technique. Brandon broke workouts down so that my body could build up to them, he was very respectful but tough because he knew what I was capable of, he helped me lose over 40 lbs, rebuild and balance out my body and get my life back. He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely a go to for fitness training! More...

After 3 weeks of training with brandon I have went from 200 pounds to 185. I’m happy with the exercise and diet he has put me on. He listened to my goals and created a plan to help me achieve them. I could not be any happier with the results so far. More...

Brandon is a tough trainer, he will kick your butt and make it burn, but he will also make sure that you have the proper form. He will also teach you ways to modify the exercise and will spend as much time needed to teach you proper mechanics and provide you the tools and education necessary for you to achieve your training goals. After training with Brandon I felt like I had learned enough about certain exercises and technique that I was able to formulate my own workout regimen. He is very good with beginners and seasoned athletes and knowing how to accommodate for each group. More...

When I was in high school I took a strength training course. It didn’t help at all because I never took it seriously. When I joined the military I was very curious about bodybuilding and wish I would have paid more attention. I wanted to get strong, but didn’t know the basics. I knew absolutely nothing and didn’t have anyone to go too for help. I hardly knew any technique at all and my form with most lifts almost got me hurt on several occasions. Luckily for me, Brandon Puterbaugh was my roommate at the time and offered to help me. Because of him, I learned a lot! He taught how too properly bench press and about sets/reps. He even showed me how to properly deadlift which my biggest weakness was at the time. He pushed me to my limits. Whenever I asked him how to improve on a workout, he would show me different methods. Brandon was very approachable and I could count on him to answer any of my questions if I needed him too. I still ask him questions even 7 years later. I ask him about nutrition, cardiovascular workouts, cutting weight, various foods, and what exercises to do to recover from an injury. He even helps me with my diet plans when prepping for certain workouts. I look back and I probably wouldn’t have touched a single weight or even gone to the gym for that matter if it wasn’t for that Brandon’s motivation. I’m very thankful for his help. More...
