Carly tailors our training sessions to my physical needs and goals. Each session, she introduces new exercises, and I'm never bored. Carly knows just how much to challenge me, so that I'm successful and make progress. I am 71 years old and have arthritis and many injuries, and she keeps me safe and helps me build strength. I offer expertise on fitness programming to fit the individuals lifestyle and goals. I focus on total body strength which helps increase muscle and reduce body fat. I offer guidance on nutrition and activity outside of training sessions.

Consistency, which is the hardest part. Many people fail with diets and workouts because they aren’t realistic to stick to.

When clients come to me with injuries, I love when they get to a place where they are no longer in pain. Proper movement is good medicine. I also love seeing my clients get stronger with the exercises.

Seeing other trainers be successful is what inspired me.

I offer a professional well planned approach to fitness. I have the education and the experience working with many groups of people . There are a lot of elements to being healthy and fit and I go over all of it so my clients are successful.

This depends. The gym I work at is well equipped so for better results it is best to be in a gym. If online is the only option I will be happy to discuss this with a client to see if it would potentially work.

I have offered virtual training. This works well for people who have equipment. The gym I work at has required vaccination status in order to be mask free.
