I called Jeff and he was immediately helpful answering questions and giving information. He was so helpful from the very beginning, even before hiring him. I was unable to locate the business I wanted to serve despite attempts by even the local sheriff's office but Jeff located and served them without issue. Jeff helped me make a difficult small claim case reach a favorable outcome with out too much effort on my part. He did a very good job taking care of the filing and subpoena process by knowing how to get documents into the right hands. He also has a good grasp of the complexities of dealing with out of state jurisdictions. Â After the case was finished he also helped me collect the funds without too much effort. I am so glad a friend referred me to Ace Process Service. Jeff was very professional and helped me in every way possible.He kept me updated on the progress of every attempt .He responds so quickly and does everything he can to help you.I was expecting it to take a couple days because the person I needed served had been hiding. I am so thankful to have located Ace Process Service. Â originally contacted Jeff (along with other process servers) on a Friday afternoon. Â within minutes Jeff returned my call, providing a friendly, professional demeanor, answering all of my questions,and listing all the information he needed from me to have a successful outcome.even better, I was able to scan/email my documents to Jeff, thus saving me so much commuting time trying to get by the office.I'd assumed that it would take several business days for the documents to be served. Â in my case I had some time sensitive papers related to a child custody case. Â to my surprise, I received confirmation from Jeff the very next day (Saturday) confirming that the documents had been served. Jeff is outstanding, and I've used his services for years. Â He gets stuff DONE, responds immediately when I email him, catches my mistakes, and generally helps me keep it together during a case.
