A family member of mine is in an assisted living facility and she somehow got bed bugs. The management hired a company whom I am very upset with their lack of knowledge and professionalism.
They treated and after one month the bites got worse.
So I called Ace Bedbug Exterminating and spoke with Luis.
These guys helped me so much that I was willing to pay double for their services. They told me to give the "other company" benefit of the doubt.
Wow, usually a competitor will lie about other companies. Luis put my mind at ease, and told me after this other company is done, he will inspect for free.
I still paid them for the time and advice.

Luis is a great business owner. I had initially scheduled a treatment because dogs (from a different company) signaled they found bedbugs. Luis stopped by and did an inspection and found no evidence of bedbugs. He explained bedbugs behavior and said to wait a few weeks before we do a service (I scheduled a service with him anyways). I waited 2 weeks and I didn't find any physical evidence so the night before scheduled service I canceled. An owner could have easily gotten agitated but Luis was incredibly kind. Still came to do a physical inspection and let us know he also didn't think we needed a treatment, as it didn't appear we had a bedbug problem. I called two other places before finding Ace Bedbug Exterminating, I called at them at 1:15 am and they were at my house at 5:00 am before they other places even called me back. Luis and his team are WONDERFRUL. Back in December 2021 they were hired to treat my mother's apartment. Upon arrival Luis quickly stated that the apartment was in his top 5 worst. He quickly saw the look on my face and said, "no worries" and stated he might have to retreat again in the future. After a few months in March 2022, he kept his word and retreated, and we haven't seen anything since. Ace Bedbug Exterminating were very professional, respectful and sensitive to the situation. I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having bedbugs after a hotel I visited had an infestation. Prior to calling Ace Bedbug Exterminating, I had purchased a bunch of chemicals and gone through the labor-intensive process of cleaning, steaming, and spraying my entire home only to find out a few weeks later some eggs were missed, and new bugs had emerged. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and covered in bites. That's when I found Ace Bedbug Exterminating. Luis was sympathetic, honest, and informative about their process. He got me scheduled immediately. Adrian conducted the treatment, and he was professional and helpful. I had to do minimal prep work to get my home ready for the treatment, but once that was done, Adrian took care of everything else. I also paid a bit extra to have my car treated since I had been traveling to and from the bedbug infested hotel via my vehicle. At the end of treatment day, I was able to rest easy knowing that the bedbugs were gone. I certainly don't wish this problem on anyone, but if you find yourself with a bedbug infestation, give Ace Bedbug Exterminating a call.
