I had to get an inspection last-minute for the home I was buying. Terrance was able to accommodate my late request with no issues.
Upon arrival, he was incredibly clean-cut, professional and introduced himself right away. He didn't waste any time getting the home inspected. As he was doing his inspection, he pointed out anything that wasn't perfect, explained their causes and potential issues in the future -in great detail! I could tell that he was incredibly experienced and felt like I was getting a thorough inspection and could trust him to help me decide if the home was worth my investment or not.
Within hours, I was provided with a FULL REPORT of the entire inspection, including photos and recommendations. This report is still incredibly useful now that I have contractors working on the home. They are able to read his report and provide the exact services based on his information.
