FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME TAX PREPARATION:

Anisa is a registered tax preparer with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and has over 10 years’ tax preparation experience. Embracing technology, several years ago Accounting Superheroes modernized the tax preparation process to almost entirely paperless. Tax documents are scanned to a secure online portal, and tax returns are e-signed, and e-filed with a fast turnaround. No more driving to a tax office with all your papers and waiting for hours for your return to be completed.

Accounting Superheroes is qualified to prepare the following tax forms:

1065 Partnership/LLC
1120 and 1120s Corporation and S-Corp
Amendments
Scanned copies of tax preparation documents with perpetual online storage

PAYROLL:

Payroll is a necessary and important part of doing business, that can be costly to a small business owner if not set up correctly. Have you ever asked yourself – Are my workers employees or independent contractors? Am I required to pay my employees sick or vacation time? Do I need to put myself on payroll?

Accounting Superheroes can answer these questions, and provide you with a hassle-fee payroll experience. We establish a flat monthly rate that provides the following services:

Payroll processing using a pay schedule you decide (weekly, be-weekly, twice a month, etc)

FRINGE SERVICES:

Accounting Superheroes provides several services to new or existing clients that are not directly tied to a monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing or tax preparation service module. As the owner of an accounting firm, I spend a substantial amount of time assisting clients with tasks such as:
Attend meetings with client lenders, potential funders, current grantors, etc.
Prepare written correspondence on behalf of the client to local agencies, grantors, client customers etc. (includes participating in the grant writing process)
Liaison between the client and other agencies to provide customized information from financials, complete applications, answer operational inquiries, etc.
Develop policies and procedures for the client, incorporation internal controls and best practices.
Complete applications or renewal forms for insurance policies, licensure, small business loans.
QuickBooks Online Training – whether you need the initial setup for your new business, or are seeking to modernize your current accounting setup.
New business set up – from selecting business entity type, obtaining a federal EIN and filing a DBA
