Accounting system setup and configuration / Training
We will setup your chart of accounts, which will account for the transaction categories that you require for your business, using the accounting software of your choosing. Our company however, recommends the use of QuickBooks Online for our small business clients. With this we will setup your customer invoicing capabilities and the ability to record your revenues and collect from your customers. We will setup your vendor paying abilities and the ability to record your expenses. But most of all we will train you to be self-sufficient in the use of your accounting software.
Accounting services and financial reporting
We will review your financial business transactions on a monthly basis to ensure that you are properly recording and capturing all your income and expenses. With this, we will provide you we will provide you with the periodic financial reports that you require, the most common of which are:

Tax preparation services
We will prepare your annual tax returns - individual tax returns, as well as business returns, both federal and state requirements.
If using payroll, your payroll returns will be included with the payroll solution that we coordinate with our partner, ADP.
If using sales taxes, your sales tax returns will be provided for within the accounting software that you use.
Payroll services
We partner with ADP to provide our clients with an integrated payroll solution that talks directly to QuickBooks Online, where all your payroll and also contractor activities, can be fed directly into your accounting system.
Dynamics GP accounting system technical support
We can provide maintenance and technical support services for your Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system.
- create, configure, and setup new companies within your Dynamics GP accounting system
- design and setup financial reports within Management Reporter, which is Dynamics GP's financial reporting software
- setup and configure new Dynamics GP modules for your use, such as Fixed Assets, Revenue Deferrals, etc.
