I moved from out of state and signed up with four employment agencies. Accountability Resources was by far the best I dealt with from my first contact with them. They're staff are ALL incredibly responsible and efficient. I would never expect it, but they even worked on my employment over the weekend. I was able to quickly accept a very good job and the offered salary was 20% higher than anyone else was offering. Accountability Resources was a lifesaver for me. I had been laid off from my job on December 12, 2017 and had absolutely no luck finding a job in the Medical Billing field that would pay enough for me to live paycheck to paycheck, let alone save money.
I tried finding a job on my own for a little over a month with no luck. I decided to take a chance on Accountability Resources based on an add that they had on Indeed.
I met Nicole Hutchenson on January 24, 2018. She reviewed my resume, we discussed what I was looking for in a job and for a salary. I started my new job one week later on January 21st making $7.00/hour more than I had been at my last Medical Billing position.
Since then I have been hired full time for that job and couldn't be happier!
Nicole, Natalie, and the other members of the Accountability Resources team have all been very helpful and friendly. The other bonus for me is that they are members of AAFA, and if I decide to move back east, they can help me find a staffing agency to help me find a job in the areas that I am thinking of moving to.
I am so thankful that I responded to that add and met Nicole: Thanks to her and the staff at Accountability Resources, I am able to not only pay my bills, but I am actually able to put money away in savings!

I have worked with Accountability Resources for a couple of years now and am extremely pleased with the service they provide. In fact, they have worked harder for me than ANY other recruiter I’ve ever worked with before. Most recruiters wait for you to check in and easily forget about you whereas Accountability Resources is proactive in their searching and always continued to research new opportunities for me even when I hadn’t checked in. They always kept me in mind. They also always did an excellent job finding something that was right for me, being patient when I was picky and never giving up on me.
