Acacia Tree Event Planning & Party Design

This was my first time having an event planner, and I'm so happy that we made this decision. Acacia in particular was always professional, communicative, and handled a ton of details for us. She would always put us in the drivers' seat, and coach us through the decisions along the way to ensure that the party reflected what we wanted. All the up front work she put in was great, but I was also so happy with how she took charge and managed the day of the event too. From serving food, to leading games, to making announcements her service really let us enjoy the day rather than feeling stressed about all the details. Acacia has done a fantastic job planning birthday parties for my two kids (6 and 5) during this pandemic year! We had an outdoor party for both kids, with a 24 foot inflatable slide and a few games like skeeball and bowling. Acacia put a lot of time and effort into making the decor, food and drink, and general flow of the party just right.
