Before I met Eli I was hitting the gym 5 days a week. I was seeing some progress but I knew I wanted more, and needed help getting there. Been working out for around 4 years, and hit many plateaus and felt like I wasn’t seeing the results i wanted after a certain time.
After meeting up with eli, getting tips on my form, diet and change up of exercises, ive hit PR’s on my bench, curls and squat.
Previous PR on the bench: 185
After meeting with eli, in just under 5 1/2 months, im hitting 235.
Previous PR on the squat: 225
After meeting with eli on this, i was doing plenty of things wrong and hes gotten me up to 275.
And my curls. I was swinging the dumbbells and not concentrating on the muscle. After Eli showed me the right way to concentrate, and control the weight. My biceps are the biggest theyve ever been.
Meeting up with Eli, is probably the best option for any of your fitness needs and helps not only beginners but people who have been working out for years. The sky is the limit and it starts with Eli!

I provide online training for anyone looking to build a better body. After conducting a free fitness consultation over the phone, I create a custom training and meal plan to help you achieve your goals!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is CONSISTENCY! I always tell my clients, long term consistency beats short term intensity. It's easy to start down a path but do you have the courage to stay on that path? To conquer your goals, then set new ones? My services make being consistent easy because I take the guess work out of everything. If you follow the plan I provide for you, you WILL see results!
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the ability to positively impact peoples lives. Fitness is something I've had a passion for since I was very young. Helping people discover and develop that passion in their lives makes my job very satisfying to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business once I saw how much more people I can positively affect by being an online trainer. Although being an in-person trainer can be fun at times, it has a lot of downfalls! Training in-person, you are limited to a very small amount of people. Training my clients online gives me the ability to make more of a permanent impact on my clients and also reach more people!

The systems I have in place make it very easy for my clients to follow which makes it easier for them to CONQUER (I use that word a lot) each day! By conquering each day, I help people not only achieve their dream bodies, but also live a more satisfied life.

My services are ONLY provided online. I stopped training in-person once I realized how limiting it was for both the clients, and me. In-person training cost on average 3-4 times as much as online training costs, and that doesn't include any nutrition coaching or meal plans! All of the systems I use with my online clients make incorporating fitness into their lifestyle doable, while being more affordable than in-person training!
