Very, very happy with the service. Called ahead and got an appointment the next day at noon. Cleaners came at 12:20, but were amicable to start the timer on the job then, and completed the work in a half hour less than I had anticipated and paid for. Moreover, the business was happy to pro-rate that time and reduced my bill by 40$. Spaces were cleaned well and the cleaners: Amanda, Jenny, and Elisa were very attentive to every area. Was in a bind with my messy house after being in and out of town. The crew came in and organized, cleaned, got rid of all clutter in my home I asked them to. I would absolutely recommend Above and Beyond to anyone! They are professional and exceptionally efficient. 3 ladies arrived at my home, reviewed with me exactly what I would like to be done,via a walk thru, and went to work! My husband was resting in the master bedroom, I asked if they would mind to do that room first. One lady tackled that task, as the other two went to the kitchen and living room. My really dirty house has been transformed! Rena and her team did an excellent job cleaning my house after my move-out. I think one of the biggest concerns when hiring people to help in the home is having strangers in amongst your personal things which is why I chose to write this review. During a detailed cleaning of our home one of the ladies accidentally broke our ridiculously overpriced trash can. I'm sure she just lifted it wrong and didn't even realize the hinge had broken. When I call the owner the next morning she drove straight to the store to have a new one ordered within the hour, no questions asked. So if that's not professional service I don't know what is. Not to mention the quality of the work.... We scheduled a detail cleaning for my husband's allergies and they left my house sparkling and allergy free. I had a great experience today with Above & beyond Cleaning Services. They did an awesome job cleaning my home and were very courteous about working around my dog and napping four month old. They came in and transformed my house in an hour.
