I bought a groupon for a couples massage, champagne, and a rose foot scrub for my boyfriend's birthday. We walked in and the woman at the front was super friendly and then offered us mimosas or tea. We drank some of our refreshments then were brought into the connecting rooms for our massages. Our massages consisted of upper and lower body and then our foot scrub started with hot towels placed on our feet and were scrubbed down with a rose exfoliant. This review is for the friendly receptionist and Luisa! They were great. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and both of the masseuses seemed very experienced with pressure points. Luisa was very kind and her energy was very calming. She gave me a great massage as well as tips on how to avoid muscle tension buildup at work. However, the woman with the short curly hair was verbally complaining about how she wanted to go home and didn't want to do our couples massage, right at the front desk 5 feet away from us where we could hear her complaints. We just got out of our couples massage through Groupon, the massage parlor was kind enough to let us use the voucher 3 weeks after it expired! We had therapists Paul and Louisa and the first words out of our mouth when we got up from the table were "that might have been the best massage I've ever had". I had Paul and she had Louisa. First time having a male masseuse but he was incredible, I always have a tight back and he worked out every knot and kink and loosened up my legs that were incredibly tight from running. My girlfriend had Louisa, she pulled out the hot rocks to help relax her back and worked out every kink. Purchased a groupon which was priced very reasonably. Recieved a 1 hour massage and foot scrub.  It was amazing. The massage was a really good mix of deep tissue and swedish. My missus was really able to hit the achy areas and had me feeling like new. I'm a bigger guy, weight lifter so muscle aches are very common especially in my back. Found a good deal on Groupon for a couples massage. So happy I did! Best massage I've ever had out of at least 50 or more massages in my lifetime. Patty was my masseuse, she focused on the areas I told her I needed most, & used perfect pressure for me. Louisa was my daughters', who also was great and showed my daughter some stretches to do. Wow! I had the best massage of my life with my fiancé. We did an aromatherapy massage with the rose foot scrub and champagne. I normally don't choose men to massage me but Elliot was a godsend. You probably aren't familiar with asmr but I swear this guy knew about it. He was informative and very comfortable, asking me if I was ok with my pressure and offering advice, even correctly noting falls or injuries to the muscles.Seriously, this was wonderful! My boyfriend bought me a package from here for my birthday. It was affordable. We were offered a mimosa upon entering. I had Jeannie for my facial and Elliot for my massage. I was very impressed with both of them. I felt so relaxed and I very much wish I could come here often! 2nd time there - WOW! amazing! David was my massage therapist! I asked him about Thai massage and he said he did that too. Every muscle in my body was tense from a long illness. I have NEVER ahead such an amazing full body massage. The combination of deep tissue and Thai (stretching) actually releases all the tension. My feet were even tense. My neck and upper back was so tight I had been getting migraines. Not only did David work the deep muscles and stretch them out, he taught me some stretches to help with posture and neck pain that i could do at home. 90 minutes of work gave my tremendous relief, and raised my self esteem, because I wasn't so stressed! Went directly to a meeting all oily and with no makeup - didn't care, I was so relaxed. I felt comfortable, didn't feel self aware of my looks and couldn't care less how anybody judged me. Funny thing is - I was so comfortable, I actually had people telling me I looked great :-) forget the makeup, get a massage from David! Note: before you buy a Groupon, call the spa and ask what their specials are. You might get a better deal. The massage was the best I have ever had. Louisa is so well versed in pressure points and how to relax the muscles. At first I thought - darn... she is pressing on these areas for one minute or so... I am not going to get a very long massage. WRONG! Once she relaxed the muscles, she worked them in various ways and I could barely walk out... I was so relaxed! When my CEO said we (our team) needed a spa day to decompress following a hectic first half of the year, I jumped right into research. There are a ton of spas to choose from in San Diego, of course, but I needed something that'd work with our restrictions: price, availability, facial and massage options.I worked with Teresa over the phone, to book our three appointments and confirm our options. On spa day, we were welcomed with a (really strong!) mimosa and the standard check-in forms. They answered my questions and took the time to understand our concerns.It was strange that they first offered to put two of us in one room, and one in another. I mean, I love my team, but I have no desire to be nekkid in a room with my team. We pushed back, and they gave us the option of closing the shared door a bit - they had to keep the door cracked because the speakers in my room weren't working. I was worried it'd be intrusive, but it didn't end up being a problem.My colleague and I "shared" a masseuse and aesthetician. Our CEO got the private room and her own providers. I got my massage first and ended with the facial.Massage: Elliott was magical. He took a moment to check in on the pressure and any problem areas, and then it was off to the races. He definitely has sparkle in his hands and arms. He worked my shoulders and lower back, and I felt all my stress and worry melt away. When that timer went off, signaling the end of the hour, I wanted to cry. I *did* immediately let out a "BOO!" Elliott laughed and said, "I know, right?" Facial: Jeanette made my cheekbones happy. I've never uttered that sentence in my life. We had a quick chat about my facial - I don't use chemicals on my face and requested botanicals, which she honored. The facial was so soothing and refreshing, and one of the best I've had. My CEO had her own experience, as I mentioned above. My colleague and I got back to the lobby a few minutes before our CEO, so we were able to see her reaction as she walked out of her room. Her face was hysterical: her eyes were so big, and she was moving so slow, but she couldn't stop raving about her treatments. She said her facial (with Teresa) was better than her message, but that she loved them both.We left feeling a bit like the calmest piles of jelly. My boyfriend, John, and I came here for a couple's massage. He had never gotten a massage before and was a little nervous about it. But, Dave did a great job of making John feel comfortable. My masseuse was Adrianne and she was lovely. I had some knots in my shoulders that she got out great. My wife and I went for the couples massage. It far exceeded our expectations during our visit. All of the staff was very warm  and welcoming. You can tell they all like their jobs and the clients that come in. The massage was exactly how I like it. They used just the right amount of force to really get that massage feeling. They also go over what's bothering you before you start and then concentrate more on those areas. My only complaint is that the rooms are very close to the reception area and you can hear business being conducted while you're enjoying the massage. It can be a bit distracting but extensive renovation would be needed to correct the problem. More...

I bought the couples massage from Groupon as a Christmas present to my bf (and sorta myself hehe) and I loved it! It was my first time getting a massage but not his and he said it was great! He had Adriana and he said she did an amazing job focusing on pressure points and even gave him feedback on what can help his sinuses. I had Paul and he was also amazing! I was a tad shy at first but he was very respectful and professional I instantly felt relief minutes into the beginning. I only wish it was longer appointment! My husband and I came here this morning for a couples facial and massage. I had already raved about Roger in my previous review but I have to again because he is incredible! My husband (who is a PT) said that Roger really understands the body and targets your problem areas. He said Roger is the best massage therapist he has ever had!Most massage therapists tend to go through a motion. Do one thing on one side and repeat on the other. It's just a routine. However, Roger can feel your problem areas and he will work on those specific to your needs rather than run through a routine. He also focuses on the areas you ask him to as well! Aside from his magical hands, he is such a gentle soul and I loved that he remembers things from his clients. He remembered that I was getting married the last time I came in. He remembered my problem areas and how much pressure I liked as well. He just makes the entire thing so personable. I can go on and on about how fantastic Roger is. Please do yourself a favor and go get a massage from him!!! More...

Got a Groupon for a 2-hour couples massage and facial! Great deal! They were super welcoming and didn't get fussy when my friend showed up a couple minutes late as opposed to 10minutes early. We got mimosas upon arrival (always a plus). The massage  Adrienne was courteous and thorough. My facial was good, but the young lady who performed it had super cold hands and a slightly rough touch at times like she was trying to rush through it even though it lasted an hour.
