About — White Light Sounds

Tried the sound bath led by Kristin. Holy moly.  I went in there after having  day of anxiety and negative thoughts (like every day, haha).  After an hour in the sound bath, I don't know if it was the music or her healing energy or both, but I felt so HAPPY and at peace and like everything was going to be okay.  I signed up for the membership and will be going often. So glad I found this!! More...

The White Light Sound Bath is incredible! It is a combination of Kristin's beautiful sounds and her healing energy that can literally transform your state of being in one hour. Don't sleep on this!
