The secret is, is their is no secret. Its hard work and dedication. When youre dedicated and you work hard for it, youll get to your “dream body”.

What i love most is when somebody reaches their goal. Even if its “wanting to be able to 5 push ups.” Once they hit that goal, and the reaction people get when they noticed that they did it , is really what makes me love my job.

What inspired me was my grandmother. Probably not for the reason most people think. I lost my grandmother to a massive heart attack because of her obesity. After that day, I knew that I had to help others so that nobody elses families would have to endure that. I now use my knowledge and skills to help others achieve their goals and change their lives!

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I understand that it can be hard and at times overwhelming. However, I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
