I completely understand that this bride is upset and things did not go exactly as she had imagined they would and I feel bad about that but there are some things that the need to be cleared up. I called and spoke with the Groom and ask them to come in and discuss these things with us and they have chosen not to do so.

1. The wedding coordinator had told the DJ she would give the DJ a warning before the Bride was to come out the door and she did not. She came out and started walking and by the time the DJ had the song cued and playing the bride was half way down the isle. Usually our Brides wait until they hear the music before they start walking.

2. The DJ that we sent to her wedding absolutely DOES NOT SMOKE! Ever! Have no idea where that came from. He was away from the DJ Booth a few times throughout the night to use the restroom and get some water from the bar which was across the room from him but he was not smoking.

3. The DJ absolutely made the announcements that he was ask to make. We had other employees there running a Photo Booth that heard him multiple times.

4. He absolutely had the paperwork that the bride filled out with all of her requests. He brought it back like all of our DJ’s always do with it all filled out. We always keep track of all of the song requests and the music that was played during the night. (I still have it if anyone would like to see it)

Delane was a perfect DJ for our wedding. During our first conversation on the phone i got the feeling that he treats weddings as an art form. He was able to provide insight into why the DJ plays certain songs at specific times, and ideal behavior and dress. We had a wonderful experience with ABC! DeLane provided great service when it came to our wedding photos - he interacted very well with the guests, gave us a variety of photos, and clearly has many years of experience. The DJs did a nice job at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and during the reception. I was very glad to have microphones during the ceremony and the DJs worked well with our venue to keep the events during the reception moving along and transitioning smoothly (cake cutting, first dance, etc). Everything about ABC MVP was perfect! The Photographers and DJ stayed in constant communication with me and my groom throughout the ceremony and reception to make sure we were happy with our experience. They worked with me to come up with alternate plans when first ideas didn't pan out and did wonders to help manage the timing and transitions of the event. I got the impression that this wasn't a job for them so much as a gift to us, to make our evening as perfect as they could! I was pleased to hear that business cards were passed to certain guests because I would whole-heatedly recommend ABC MVP to anyone looking to have their event ran like a well-oiled machine! More...

We had our wedding at Lower Lake Ranch in Pine CO. ABC Music, Video and Photography was a preferred vendor recommended by Vera and Drayton (Owner/operators of Venue). The Reception DJ was included in our venue package, I paid the extra to have them conduct the outdoor ceremony services.
DeLane Robinson was very professional and helpful when selecting music for our special day. The process of selecting our playlist and putting together the ceremony songs was all done electronically which made things easier and more timely.

Omg where do i even begin thank you SOOOOOOO much for everything!! You and your crew were freaking amazing!!! Like seriously you personalized everything for us and your professionalism was top notch! Please pass our thanks to Sabrina the wonder woman, Chris, Hunter and Austin! I am seriously blown away by all you did for us and i will never forget this day! We had our first DJ cancel on us three weeks before our wedding. We called ABC and we were in office for a meeting right away! After being burned we were nervous for our wedding day but Carl our DJ took care of everything. He was on top of time and kept everything rolling at all the right moments. I can not say enough about this wonderful company ABC. Delane and his crew were great with our guest and the DJ's were wonderful and fun. I was so nervous and he made it all a wonderful experience for all who were at the wedding. My family was wishing he was in Cali to do some events we have coming up. Hands down they are the best in the industry I have used or watched at other weddings.

I love the convenience of having to deal with just one person for our photo, video and dj needs. DeLane was so easy to talk with and very personable. Communicating with him was a breeze. Their services during our wedding was top notch. Very professional and all our guests enjoyed the music played by Tonya. The pictures taken by DeLane and Melissa were all good...Even the goofy ones! They are so much fun to work with.

We hired DeLane Robinson with ABC Music, Video and Photography for our wedding and we could not have been happier with the job that they did. DeLane helped guide us through the entire planning process and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns that we had. The photography was top notch for both the engagement and wedding pictures. DeLane was our primary photographer and his assistant, Ana was our secondary photographer. The shots that she got when no one was paying attention were just amazing and helped capture the overall spirit of the event. Both the engagement and wedding album turned out great and the option for our guests to go on and purchase images through the website was a bonus that they all really liked.

Adam was our DJ and we can’t thank him enough for making our special day all that it was. He was professional, engaging and an amazing MC. He made the entire reception something that people are still talking about a year later. Our friends and family declared our wedding as the best wedding any of them attended in all of 2017 and it was all thanks to DeLane, Ana and Adam. We would highly recommend them. The day-of-wedding, DJ, Eric, was fantastic! Without my knowing all my sneaky family members, bridesmaids and groom had planned a flash mob. There was A LOT of behind the scenes coordinating and Eric rose to the occasion. My Maid of Honor told me he just got it right away and needed no additional direction. That flash-mob will forever be one of the most magical moments of my life and the attentiveness of Eric contributed to that magic!ALL of my guests were on that dance floor from first song to last. He hit all my song requests, all my guests requests, made it fun for everyone from kids to grandparents! It was a dream to have all my nearest and dearest dance the night away with me! The only complaint I got was it wasn't long enough!The 4 stars go towards the company. Unfortunately, we got off to a rocky start. Over 2 months of missed emails and when I finally picked up the phone to chase them down, the mistake was brushed under the table due to a staff member leaving. I felt it was necessary to explicitly state the importance of music at my wedding and my expectations for the DJ.
