I needed three presentation bouquets as thank yous for volunteers for a Sunday event. Romina created three different, but equal beautiful arrangements in the price range I requested. I had to take them on Sat afternoon because they're closed on Sundays, but Romina gave specific instructions about keeping them fresh. The best decision I made was marrying my best friend, the second best decision was hiring Abbott Florist for my wedding! Romina was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We met a few times to discuss my goals and vision and worked together on exchanging ideas to see what will work best. She guided me through the process and gained my full trust by making sure that what we decided was going to work with the color scheme and the theme of my wedding. She was very patient and took the time to show me enough examples in order for me to be able to visualize the final product. She was a key role the day of my wedding, she was able to execute everything we talked about and went above and beyond to make sure that other aspects of my wedding were on track. She is the type of person that you can tell she is passionate about what she does and really enjoys it. My experience has been outstanding.  Called in earlier this week and left a voicemail.  I got a call back from someone the very next morning.  I was looking for someone to consult with to help me plan the look I want to create for my DIY centerpieces in June.  I met with Romina today and she took her time reviewing the looks I'm going for and created a "shopping" list for me of supplies I will need.  She is going to order the flowers and garland and will help me learn how to build the looks.  She has far surpassed my expectations and delivered a level of service next to none in Miami. They were incredible. I called and planned things over the phone from Canada to Miami. They listened to exactly what I wanted. They nailed the order perfectly between reference pics in emails and my calls. They really made it happen for my mom exactly as she envisioned. There are many merchants that render the service or good a consumer purchases, but in each of my experiences with Abbott Florist, they have exceeded my expectations. I have used Abbott in the past to deliver flowers for Valentine's Day or to get out of the doghouse, and each time the recipient raved about the quality of the arrangement. But on February 8, 2017, my occasion was much more significant. It was exactly two years since my ex-girlfriend and I lost a baby that she had to deliver stillborn. Naturally, it had been a traumatic experience for both of us, but especially for her. Even though we weren't together anymore, I wanted to acknowledge our loss and send her something to brighten her day. My personal experience with Romina at Abbott Flowers was truly wonderful! A true professional. .She far exceeded my expectations of what I had envisioned for my wedding day. I place a same day order and expressed a sense of urgency I wanted to make sure that the arrangement would be received before 5 and they came thru. I had  received an email from the florist that the arrangement I had chosen with the yellow lilies they had ran out and had provided some other opinions   Well durning my working hours I hardly ever look at my emails.  My daughter had already called me to tell how beautiful and to thank me I asked her to send me a picture and i notice she had received roses. After a few hours I looked at my email and notice they had tried to notify me that they had ran out of the lilies But I am so happy that they where pro active about it and got the flowers to her on time.  I would highly recommend them. my family and I started using ABBOTT flowers about a year ago after a couple flower vendors we were using closed their doors. Romina and her staff at Abbott Florist on 71st and Miami Beach could not have been more kind and helpful. The bridal bouquet/boutonnière they designed for my bride & groom, who had come here with there friends from France, was magnificent. And, not only did they design the perfect bouquet, but they also delivered the bouquet and boutonnière to the hotel that my clients were staying in.
It was seamless and perfect, and my bride was extremely happy. It was an absolutely perfect day.
