Manager and crew were very respectful and willing to listen.After the cleaning I have discover some areas not so well taking care like the kitchen floor and the entrance floor.
The mopping was not complete. As for the
dusting was not very thoughtful either.
I would try again since the manger showed willingness to improve any area that was not so perfect.

Meeting different clients and learning something new all the time
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once in health care, I did a lot of home health, during that time I usually saw the need of having a clean house for the elderly. That caught my eye and also looking at how busy life can be. Someone really would need a helping hand on cleaning their house or facility.

I’m always about detail, I look at the after clean like a finished painting ?

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We as cleaners always wear masks and gloves all the time, we also use disinfecting products and always social distancing during our working hours
