I would highly recommend Aaron. He has studied and worked with some of the leading psychologists in the field, but is still down to earth and genuine - and has an invaluable sense of humor. Aaron's sessions were a key turning point in my life. More...

I have been working with Aaron for almost 4 years now, specifically on dealing with anxiety and depression. I could write a novel on how helpful he has been in my treatment of anxiety. Not only has he provided excellent tools for me to navigate my day-to-day life but he has also opened countless doors and windows of personal growth for me. I have never once felt regretful or doubtful of my sessions with Aaron. I always leave our time together feeling empowered to cultivate internal peace and a life I want. He knows how to carefully combine his years of experience and wisdom with his understanding of you as an individual into treatment that truly sinks in and sticks with you throughout your day-to-day. I have experienced a major reduction in anxiety and depression as a direct result of our work, without the use of medication. If you have any doubts about seeing a therapist, and specifically Aaron, do not hesitate any longer! You will find a higher quality of life, as did I. I would not be where I am today without him. Thank you for everything Aaron, I am forever grateful! More...

Q&As

I'm passionate about seeing the lives of my patients turn around. I see individual patients live with a new freedom as fear and worry no longer dominate their daily lives.

And I love seeing couples and partners truly reconnect, getting past the anger, bickering, and blaming that too often took over their lives. My couples therapy patients also get to experience the freedom of feeling secure and confident about their relationship.

While I have worked and learned so much in community and psychiatric hospitals, non-profit agencies, and other private agencies, I have found that there is a freedom to working for myself. I can offer more to my client, and can collaborate with my patients in new and powerful ways.

I hope my new clients choose me because they want to not just talk in our time together, but to learn new and powerful tools to feel better quickly and get better for the long run. As your therapist I will commit to making sure you feel heard and understood. But that's just the starting point. You'll also learn new practices to get unstuck from negative feelings and behaviors.

So our connection will be strong, but ultimately, you will become able to take care of yourself and your relationships with skill and wisdom.
