Shawn and AAA Landscape completed a hardscape patio and landscape sod and irrigation project as the final phase of an extensive master bedroom suite addition in 2006-2007. The project included landscape design recommendations, ordering all materials, equipment, demolition, removal of existing landscape, preparation for installation including critical allowance for drainage, installation of patio, lawn, planter irrigation, and sod.
Shawn provided us with a detailed bid/budget, projection in advance so that we knew what to expect and where we might be able to adjust if necessary. During the project Shawn and his employees were prompt, courteous, skilled, diligent in their work, and continually worked toward quality and satisfaction.
I am happy to say that since completion of the initial project Shawn completed a terrace stone work project in the front of the property and we have also contracted with AAA Landscape for weekly maintenance.,

Shawn and his crew are great!! Loving the backyard renovations. First time ever that I have been able to sit in my backyard and relax while enjoying the surroundings. It would've been a steal at twice the price for the level of quality and professionalism we received. We will be utilizing their services when it's time for the front yard to be done and adding a deck and more pavers to the back yard. Shawn was on point, on time and on budget. Great value and easy to deal with. Quick responses and easily dealt with surprises unforeseen in the ground and in the weather. We get constant compliments on our fence and pavers and the whole yard. We recently had AAA Landscaping redo our backyard. Shawn Sousa, the owner, did a fantastic job from the beginning until the end of the project. He is very knowledgable and professional. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were on time everyday. We are completely satisfied and love our new backyard! I would highly recommend AAA Landscaping!We were so happy with our backyard we decided to redo the front as well. May 2013 we contacted Shawn at AAA landscaping to work on our backyard.   I don't think they expected everything that ended up needing to be done.  It was quite the undertaking and they never ONCE backed away from it and tackled it like the professionals they are.   We had roots that our roots didn't even know we had, damn sucker trees LOL!  We have a beautiful backyard that has DG, bricks around our fire pit, synthetic turf that is incredibly pet friendly and so easy to care for, a new fence and just a relaxing calm place to enjoy chilling with family and friends for bbq'ing..  Shawn was very honest, reasonably priced, his head man Jesus and crew are extremely professional, and very accommodating with any minor changes we made along the way.   We love him and his crew so much that we asked him to come back out and put some of the same turf down in another spot.  We are extremely happy with the transformation of our new backyard.... far cry from the los osos sand pit it started out as LOL!  Thank you Thank you Thank you Shawn and your AAA landscaping team!
