Everything went fantastic!! The rates were amazing, the driver was great, and Art was such a breeze to work with! There was a little bit of communication errors between what I would tell them and what would get relayed to the rest of the team. Even after updating addresses, they wouldn't have that in their system, one person would call and then another would call right after and ask the same questions, and even then our driver wasn't given the directions to drop the men off at the venue first and then come get the ladies. But honestly, I consider this all a small hiccup! The Mercedes sprinter van was better than what I was expecting! More of a party bus and I was pleasantly surprised! It was stocked with sodas, water, plastic champagne glasses, and even a complimentary bottle of champagne for me and my wedding party! Overall, I am beyond satisfied! AA Limo Service was well-priced compared to the competition, and the drivers were on time and easy to reach via text. Those are by far the most important qualities to me in a limo service. The only drawback was that the first sprinter van had terrible suspension, so we were bouncing up 6-12" every time we hit a bump on the way to the airport. I booked online around 10:00pm the night before. We were arriving at 8:00am the following morning. Not much notice but everything went smoothly. Booking the ride was easy and their price was far less than the other companies (almost $200 less!). Our driver was extremely professional and personable. He made the ride fun. I had the pleasure of working with Art today. Fast and quick quotes. Very good follow up. I just never made it onto the flight, had to get violently ill right before the flight. When I was well enough to check my phone, Art already had the driver line up and waiting for me. They really deserve what they charge for the services. Reliable is what i would pay premium for. I've used Art and AA Limo for my production talent limo rides for the past 3 years now. No complaints, they are professional, attentive, and provide great service. Recently I've also started using them for my family's car service from LAX especially when arriving late in the evening. My first of many to come!Art was so professional and accommodating when I called to explain that I have a broken foot and was looking for a driver who could take me and my bulky knee scooter to surprise my Dad for lunch on his 94th birthday. When Art says, "No problem, we can do whatever you need, he means it!"Cain was the most attentive, proactive, thoughtful and helpful driver I have ever hired...and I regularly hire drivers.Cain found the most scenic route -- without adding time to the ride -- because he knew I've been stuck at home for seven weeks. He insisted on assisting me into the lunch venue and making sure my scooter and I were settled. First, I need to explain that I am discerning (some like to say picky). I also like good service and am a challenge when traveling. AA Limo handles all of my concerns with ease. Everything about them is excellent. The cars are clean inside and out. The drivers are well suited and professional. They arrive early, text you (upon request) when they are near, and let you know they are ready to start your trip. I have used them for travel to the airport to pick up my most precious cargo - my children. When you request a booking, you receive an email confirmation with your trip details. It includes the pieces I have never seen in a confirmation: the driver's name and number, the number of passengers, and the type of car. I have booked for my family of 5 with a minimum of 8 suitcases. The driver loaded each piece of luggage in the car and drove us to our flight. Nothing has been a challenge for AA Limo. THE ARRIVALAA Limo is far better than any other service I have used because they are accommodating. I am not famous or a celebrity, but I feel like a VIP every time I have used their service. I have changed flights the night before a scheduled pick-up from the airport. I have changed flights two hours before my departure. I like to cut it close to the departure time. I'm not particularly eager to wait in line. I don't even want to wait on the bridge between the gate and plane doors. I'm impatient. So, when the app's car did not arrive even though I used the schedule in advance function, I was nervous that I would miss my flight and have to wait 9 hours for the next one. I sent a text to Art at AA Limo and explained my dilemma. He used his superpower of a network to pick me up in less than 15 minutes!!!! I wasn't in a major city; I was in a small town outside of a major city, and he still got it done. I made my flight, and, on the ride, the driver of the car and I both kept saying, "This is impossible. How did he do it?"THE 747But wait, there is more... did I mention the cars? Nice is too simple to describe them... SUVs, Mercedes Benz sedans, a party bus that had two TVs with Bluetooth, and some other vehicles that I don't even know the make or model, but they are all nice, modern and clean. I cannot wait to see what he brings to the fleet next... major private jet transportation or helicopters in NYC. I have never asked, but I am sure he could do it.I wish all businesses (retail stores, the internet, the Door Dash guy, the dog walker, UPS, and the airlines, too) were like AA Limo and Art! More...
