I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that was rendered in the installation of my Samsung frame TV.  Michael arrived on time and texted me in advance . You can tell that he is passionate about what he does and he is meticulous And utilizes advanced techniques and equipment in installing and mounting the Samsung frame TV which is one of the toughest flatscreen TVs to mount. In past years I have hired Best Buy geek squad to mount a similar model and it simply was not done correctly.He was very respectful and professional.  Cleaned up and vacuumed and took great care of our new purchase while respecting our home. It did a great doubt helping us set up the TV and also help set up the sound bar system that we purchased separately. I highly recommend this company. What can i say but....wow!  i reached out to A1 Installz at 11am, and Michael was at my home to install our tv mounts by 2pm.  He was polite and respectful of our home.  He even removed his shoes!  He knew right away what type of mount we had.  I was impressed!  There was a little issue with the location of our plugs for one of the mounts, but Michael dealt with it and it all worked out!  His recommendation for how high the tv should be in our selected location was perfect.  He vacuumed as he went.  The bedroom install was a little tricky.  We had a cubby box in the wall to hold the internet and/or cable box.  Unfortunately the mount was going to go right over it.  No worries!!  Michael was able to mount the bracket right over it and even went the extra mile and hung on it to see if it was sturdy enough.  That tells me he is confident that his work will hold up.  Cost is very reasonable.  He also mentioned that he can assist us if we had anything else that needed wall mounting.  You better believe that i will be reaching out to Michael in the future.  That or risk my husband picking up I a power tool!  Yikes!  As an fyi....when Michael was leaving the water delivery service had stopped by leaving our 4 bottles of water at the end of the walkway and not the front door. Excellent service from Michael at A1 Installz.Used Yelp project tool and he was very quick to quote pricing and availability. Highly recommend A1 Installz & Michael. We bought a 77" tv and we were nervous to install ourselves. We researched and purchased our preferred mount as well. If you're in his service area, you should look no further than Michael for any of your mounting needs! He worked precisely and efficiently and tackled what turned out to be a much more difficult than anticipated job with patience and confidence. He was incredibly kind and genuine and is the type of person you feel completely comfortable with in your home. I can't stress how rare that seems to be these days. I felt totally content leaving him to his work and never had even the slightest concern. He comes fully prepared and had an incredible assortment of tools and supplies to get the job done in one go, rather than needing to order parts or return another day. Trust the 5 star reviews and ignore the 1 stars that don't tell the full tale... Michael is a true master at his craft and takes great pride in his work. I was impressed the moment he walked into my home because I could tell he was well prepared with all his gear. After reading promising reviews, i decided to hire on Michael and set an appointment for him to come to help mount my tv. When it was time for him to come, he never showed . I called multiple times to confirm if he was coming or not. I ended up taking work off so wanted to make sure he would come. He finally responded 1.5 hours after our scheduled time. My tip to you is to confirm with the guy the night before. So you won't have to take work off. That was my mistake. I get it if you're running late. I needed a couple of TVs swapped on a wall mount.  I contacted A1 Installz through the Yelp quote system and set up a date an appointment.  Michael arrived as agreed and had all the tools that he needed with him when he walked in the front door.  I was impressed that he had a portable vacuum with him; that told me he works clean.  Michael was super personable as well as efficient.  The job took him maybe 30 minutes.  I will definitely call Michael for future install needs. Wow! Michael did a beautiful, careful job of mounting a Samsung Frame and an older LG TV. He responded quickly with a quote, set up a time within days, and was meticulous in his work. He made excellent recommendations about placement and mount types, had extra equipment available at a very fair price when I didn't have the right length cable and a different mount was a better choice. The TVs couldn't be more perfectly centered or leveled, and he was working with some challenging walls in an old house that easily could have had surprises. Michael did a fantastic job mounting my tv above my fireplace!  He was super responsive with the appointment set up and was actually able to come earlier than my time slot which worked out even better for me.  He wore a mask the entire time and must have noticed that I removed my shoes in the house as he took his off without me having to ask.  As other reviewers have said, he had every tool needed including a handy vacuum which, in addition to taking care of the dust from the mounting, he used to snag some cobwebs off the ceiling which I couldn't reach.  He made sure I was happy with the location/placement of the tv before starting any drilling and used a laser level to make sure it was perfectly centered when he was done.  It was a bit of a pita to get the cords through the existing holes in the fireplace wall but somehow Michael managed which was awesome.  Also, the HDMI cables I had weren't quite long enough but I had two of them so he tried to connect them with an adapter to save some money.  I'm sure that would have worked had the cables not been 10 years old.  Luckily Michael had a longer, brand-new HDMI cable that he re-routed back through the wall.  It worked great and honestly my tv's picture quality is SO much better than it was before.Overall, Michael was very professional, very nice and I would absolutely recommend him. Michael did an amazing job! We had him mount 2 Samsung frame TVs, a large mirror, two floating shelves, and 2 sets of curtains. He came with all the equipment he needed, including a vacuum to catch any dust from drilling into the walls and a fancy laser level to make sure everything was perfect. I text A1 Installz on a Tuesday and Michael set me up with an appointment on Friday at 1pm. His response to text was very quick and clear. I ended up stuck in traffic and was gonna miss my appointment by about 45 minutes. I let Michael know and he quickly shuffled his schedule and set me up with a 6pm install that same evening. He showed up promptly at 5:55pm which I appreciated cause me and my girl had plans later that evening and most of these types of guys will give you a "window" of about 2 hours, not Michael, he was Johnny on the spot. He had all his gear well organized and even had a vacuum backpack to clean up after himself. Do not be deceived by Michael's boyish looks, he really knows his work and has experience galore and you could tell by how effortlessly he positioned and mounted a massive 85" Sony Bravia on my wall. I am an engineer by trade and precision is paramount to me. Very seldom am I impressed by someone's attention to detail, Michael was on point.
