I’ve used this company for my wedding recently. We have ordered high top tables, linens, glassware etc. and everything arrived as promised on time and was picked up the same night as our venue requested that. There’s a small fee of $100 for that but we were happy to pay it and go home without worries after our special day. The girl that answeres the phone there I believe her name was Patricia was very helpful and was always available to make changes to our order. A-Z party Rental is super affordable. I was having a small dinner party and needed 15 chairs and two tables. It only cost me $50 to rent all the items for a two day rental. Talk about a steal.

Used this company over the years for small parties and one thing that improved alot is there customer service. They pay much more attention to the customers making sure everything is perfect. Worked with the same sales girl - Joanna she makes sure every detail is cleared before making orders very patient great to do business with. To start off i rented with alot of party rental companies and this is the first one i use where i feel like i was not ripped out. The prices were wonderful and the quality of the products given to me was very good. PROS- the customer service is to be honest the best i seen in a while. The sales girl actually cares about your needs and isn't fake or impatient rude like most other companies. When she greets you she says your name makes you feel good when you talk to her. and she gives great advice when it comes to how to plan your party what type of schemes to use. she is a pleasure to work with. Tables we rent from here are always in good condition. I said already products were in good condition but these tables aren't wobbly broken damaged they are always in such conditiion where i am not embrassed to use them. CONS- the drivers can come off a little rude at times. deliveries and pick ups are sometimes not on time they don't call you before when they are on there way to warn you. Also this company has equipment forparties not decoratins. and they do not accept credit/debit cards. We have been renting from this company for about some time now for school events. We have been happy with our rentals but this year we were actually satisfied. This is out first time writing a review for this company but i think now they deserve it. In the past,we spoke to a girl named anette. She spoke barely any english so when trying to communicate about our invoices we had trouble she was very rude and wouldn't spend time with us trying to make the order perfect. Couple of times we placed ordered and when trying to confirm the were never there. Many times the times for delivery were diffrent than spoken about. We were trying to look for diffrent company but since this company does have the best prices we wanted to go again with them. This time we came into the office and spoke with a girl named Joanne and it was so nice to actually understand her. she was very polite and she actually explained everything to us. we did not have to confirm she would call make sure we remember she was just on time perfect service. We loved working with her and will in the future only ask to work with her. Such a sweet girl. Let me start off by saying we were visiting my family in New york and we wanted to plan a nice thanksgiving dinner. We started with a company All Affairs- absolute horrible experience. If your looking for good caring honest company trust All american party rental. At first when i called to ask about items for thanksgiving i spoke with a man(i believe chris was his name). I had thought everything was in order and we had everything planned until i called around a week before. This was when i had spoken to lady i believe her name was Johanna. she had told me i had never had an order placed. which at first angered me because this man chris said my order was in the computer. But Johanna after apologzing about 5 times said she still had items avaiable and was able to place an order. After calming down and me saying sorry for cursing we had placed the order. I must say after speaking with her everything went perfect. The day of delivery a man came delivered on time very nice russian guy. The linen was perfect. very nice color clean and ironed. and even when they came to pick up on time to the exact minute. I was very pleased with my experience and for sure we will be using this company again. From what started as a complete mess ended up perfect. If anyone choses to rent from this company i recommend asking for Johanna from the start. She is a sweetheart very polite very very patient and will tell you everything you need to know. We had rented from this company on Thanksgiving. We went to the place to pick up the items. The prices compared to alot of the other rental companies in brooklyn was very cheap. But the items (chairs tables) were in very good condition. The chairs were actully cleaned unlike others. And the tables were in good condition. The young girl working was there was very polite she helpedmy girlfriend carry the items to the car explained the rules and all very pleasant. We will definantly will be renting from this company again during the holidays (christmas new years possibly easter) The only thing we had trouble with was finding the location. I work as a party cordinator so i work with alot of companies. this company i use for personal parties and compared to what i see on a daily basis they have the best prices there chairs start around $1. 50 which is probably the cheapest in nyc. we have rented tables linens tents even a bar they always can help me out when i need things. i usually speak to a girl named joanne i have been working with her for a couple of months now and she is wonderful very helpful so patient and nice. they always deliver and pick up on time and even if i call 2 3 days before they always have chairs all the items are in good condition and clean and ready to use. This company is probably one of the best rental companies in brooklyn. There prices are really good and they are always reliable. The sales/ secretary is really helpful and they tell you exactly what type of products they have ( how many people a table seat type of chair) everything before you place a order.Really patient and helpful ! They always have exactly what i need I have never been turned away. They have a nice selection of dinnerware and glassware. Basically from anything to everything. Let me start off by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! I have started calling alot of companies to look for chairs and tables since like march but smart me forgot and ordered at like the very very last minute. Not to surprised alot of these companies were closed saturday or couldn't deliver because they did not have anything in stock anymore. So my last choice was you guys. I had called and this gentleman answered and i was thinking of getting another no but he had told me he could it just would be later in the day. Shocked and sooo Happy we started talking about prices were SO MUCH BETTER than alot of the companies i had called. He had told me for chairs it was $ 1.50 and for tables like $ 9.50 i was soo happy. The sales girl was the most helpful while i was shopping around!! She had answered all of my questions even the stupid ones( i couldn't figure how big was 48' inches in diameter was hehe) Also they were one of the few companies who would deliver for me for passover and pick up on good friday. Everything i had ordered was perfect. The china was clean and really beautiful. The driver had experienced im guessing some traffic but was so kind to give me a call and tell me where he was. I ordered for the first time 2 weeks ago and i thought this company was very professional and handled everything perfect. I Just had to parties... my best friends 21st bday and my other friends """"home warming """" party.... if you wanna over pay u shouldnt order here. ... for the 21 st we ordered a bunch of chairs and tables and we planned our budget to $150 and we didnt even spend that much.... but with other companies we got quotes of $180-$210 crazzzyy..... than for the home welcoming party we ordered a bunch of diffrent glasses... wine martini... and we got a glass for $.65 instead of liek $1.50 per !!! if ur on a budget but still wanna plan something trust me call this company... they have amazing prices and there service is awesome.. wen u call try to get the girl (SORRY cant remember the name) cuz she is madd helpful and explains things really good there also a russian man but he got an accent so u cant understand every word but he get there... over all really good company to plan something with.... thanks for all your help guys !!!! b givin a call soon !!! My friend had recommened this company to me when i told him I needed some tables and chairs. I called in two days before my event and I still had gotten it delivered. The prices were really good. They came on time with no problems. I got this number from one of friends who had an event in August.So i placed an order for Thanksgiving. I really needed it. Now i live in Staten Island and was a little nervous to order just because it was in Brooklyn and I never had ordered before but i must say when i called in the girls were very helpful and polite. They explained everything to me and what i was told i have gotten. I order glasses and to be honest thought i would end up getting dirty ones which i had to clean but they came in a crate all shiny and spotless i was very relieved. The delivery man came on delivery and pick up on time just like i was told he even called me when he was 10 minutes. So i would not be to shocked.
