At A Work of Heart Counseling, our approach is down to earth, genuine, and supportive. My goal is to make sessions feel safe and open, so healing and growth can happen. It can be nerve-wracking to call a therapist or life coach, so I work hard to make you feel comfortable, seen and heard. If you or your family are struggling with work, mood, school, life changes, having a family member with a disability or illness, or simply want more fulfillment out of life, please don't hesitate to call or email me. Some of my specialties include working with individuals with anxiety/depression, career counseling, life transitions, autism/ASD, LGBTQ teens, family therapy, counseling for young adults, school related issues, women's issues, and changing family dynamics.
