What do you love most about your job?
Our restaurant has been open for almost 5 years- we have the best clientele and returning customers. The food truck offers us the opportunity to meet new people, and visit new cities..
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love food! And wanted an opportunity to create new flavor profiles using some of our favorite dishes and cultures. Traditional with a twist.

We offer amazing food and service. We cook and serve. All catering served on disposable and compostable paper and plastic.. easy clean up so you can enjoy your event.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our chefs are certified in food safety, and we take cleanliness very seriously. Food is prepped in our restaurant, and stored in our refrigerators. Our truck is cleaned and sanitized after every single event. No exceptions. We have a hand washing station on the truck, and use gloves while handling food. Gloves are changed constantly.
Mobile Food Truck
Catering for private and corporate events, festivals, block parties etc. We'll pull up to your driveway, do the cooking serving, and you get to enjoy your party!
