Jeff is amazing!He is very easy to communicate with and quick to response with any questions I had. I recently bought a condo and the carpet throughout the house was quite disgusting but Jeff did amazing job! He also went above and beyond and cleaned entire floor. I'm so glad that I hired him. We were planning on completely replacing our carpets. We decided to give this place a try see if we could save on the replacement. Â Well Jeff came and did all 4 carpets and they came out amazing. Â Its safe to say we will not be having to replace them at all. He then came back to clean our sofa and we are happy to say it looks as good as new. Our carpets were dirty, stained and a mess. We have a cat, a dog, and enjoy entertaining so party spills are a constant struggle to deal with.  A Step Above brought my carpet back to life.  They did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. So I had to call these guys back again as the dogs are always running in and out. We had what looked like a pen broke and made a black stain on our very light colored carpet. Jeff, the owner, used some special all natural solution and elbow grease and got the stain out, never to be seen again. Thank you A Step Above and Jeff More...

We had 25 year old carpet with pet and food stains, normal everyday dirt and grime, etc. Â Jeff responded very quickly with a very reasonable price. Â He was very flexible in scheduling our appointment (we only had one day, a Saturday, that worked for us) and he was able to come out that day with no problems. Â He arrived promptly and got right to work. Â He did a terrific job on getting the stains out. Â While there were a few stains that didn't come out (and I knew they were permanent stains from full strength red water enhancer and would never come out), Jeff was able to at least lighten these stains so they weren't so noticeable, Â and he got out all the other stains, some which I thought were permanent. Â He didn't try to charge extra for anything and stood by his original price of $115. Â We really appreciate an honest, hard-working entrepreneur. Â We highly recommend A Step Above for carpet cleaning and will certainly use their services again in the future. Jeff cleaned our carpet after our dog used it as an outhouse ! The smell and stain are gone. Jeff even gave me advise on a product to buy for future mishaps ! Friendly and professional service is what you expect when you give Jeff a call. My in laws used Jeff soon after my 'dog incident' for their tile and carpet. She said the floors never looked so good and the stair dirt traffic is gone completely !! Thoughts of expensive carpet replacement were never mentioned again after Jeff cleaned the carpet and made them look better than ever !
