At A Source of Wellness, we use eastern and western methods of mindfulness meditation, reiki, healing sound, and holistic mentoring to help our clients experience relief from stress, promote relaxation, and ease on a mental, physical and emotional level.

Just had a wonderful experience receiving Reiki and guidance from Timothy! I feel so much better, lighter, relaxed, at peace. . Timothy’s intuitive messages truly resonated which just blew me away. These sessions are great for people who wish to receive a complete reiki treatment and/or need a bit of extra assistance in beginning to resolve deeply rooted issues.

In preparation, we will discuss your presenting issues and concerns.

It is always up to you much you disclose. All information shared is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. As some of these issues may be deeply personal, you are not required to share any details you do not feel comfortable sharing.

Afterward, we will take some time if you wish to discuss the session.


No two experiences will be exactly the same even from the same practitioner, as Reiki always flows to where it's most needed.

1:1 Foundations Mentoring on Zazen and Buddhist approaches to meditation. We work on mindfulness, meditation techniques, embodied awareness, processing somatic experience, noticing and connection with the subtle body, and deepening this practice into ordinary spaces and daily activities.
