I ordered a 50th birthday cake for my dad and when I got there to pick it up, the order for the cake had accidentally been put in wrong. It was put in as a Walking Dead cake instead of super hero themed which was actually pretty comical. They were nothing but professional and apologized and re-made the cake within a half hour.
