I was in therapy for almost 2 years before I realized that something just was not working. I found another therapist and did a few sessions and it just didnt feel right either. EMDR with Anthony truly changed my life. It didnt take a therapist telling me what I have to do. It took Anthony guiding me on how to sort out my own life. The office was so welcoming and his personality made me feel comfortable from the first meeting. Anthony put me in charge of my sessions and he did exactly what he said from day 1. That I would know exactly what I am working on and why I am coming back. He pushed me to think about life without counseling instead of with it. I’ve always had a hard time expressing myself and spent countless dollars on therapists from all over. Unfortunately, nothing ever helped enough and I continued to be misunderstood. It wasn’t until I found a Peaceful Mind Counseling, and specifically, my therapist, Anthony. He helped me break my barriers and I finally came out of my shell.
