Terrible experience. Andre made me feel like I was at the bottom of his priority list. I provided him with all necessary documents in March, expecting my simple return to be completed sometime in April. Months went by and nothing. Worst communicator ever. I would call countless times, leave countless voicemails, emailed and Facebook messaged him so many times. It would always take at least a week for him to ever get back to me. When he would FINALLY get back to me, told me the return was complete and he'll call me to discuss before finalizing. He NEVER called me. Andre just strung me along the entire time. He was my co-worker a few years ago, so maybe that's why he thought it'd be okay to put me on the perpetual back-burner. Needless to say, he was very unprofessional with me. I’ve prepared my own taxes for years! Last year when I came across some IRS challenges I reached out to Andre Leake Accounting for assistance and I was so so glad I did! After reviewing my situation Mr. Leake gave me several options! He is truly a wealth of information and extremely professional! He corrected my errors which resulted in the most lucrative financial outcome in regards to a tax refund I have seen in years! I was inspired to start my own business due to the lack of client facing for many accountants. I knew that in order to get a clear picture of my business, I would need to be able to meet with my clients and communicate with them on a regular basis to make sure I am able to keep their company running in a productive manner.
