We had a great experience with this company! We got everywhere we needed to be on time for our wedding day and our bridal party had a blast! I highly suggested getting transportation for your bridal party if your reception and ceremony are at two different locations. This is a great company to use! No problems. This company will go above and be on to make everything special,its unfortunate when something malfunctions during a service,every dealership I have ever seen has a service department that fixes cars,car makers have warrants because buyers know things can break,limos have thousands of extra features and also at times break down,but for people that are impossible to please that recruite everyone they can to blast a company because that didn't fix or create a substitute on the spot is very unfair. No company is in business to make people unhappy but at times things are out of humans control.these are good people trying to make and honest living they have solid reviews because for the most part have happy clients.And not to mention they where refunded money. Very nice people/company and even the driver to deal with. We had an emergency where we needed a limousine the day of our wedding due to a cancellation by another limo service leaving us high and dry. They were more than willing to help with very short (hours) notice. We didn't feel taken advantage of either and they could have consider the corner we were in. They worked with us and gave me a really fair price actually cheaper than I was going to pay! We even went over our time we were having such a good time bar hoping after the wedding reception.
