A FLOWER BASKET

Deneen was very experienced and came highly recommended from family friends of ours so we knew right away, we were in for a real treat! Having taken a floral design course and worked as a florist years ago, I compared her to the others and her portfolio was remarquable! She was easy to talk to. I will say, I wish she had more examples to show us at our main meeting instead of vases and one flower only..... Also, she wasn’t so forthcoming with a complete invoice with the breakdown of items and their prices right away. I’m guessing it’s because she’s so busy. She might do better with the help of an administrative assistant. She was fabulous with her designs though. She even put my favorite flower as well as my late grandmas, a peony in my bridal bouquet even though it wasn’t in season! Deneen was so amazing to work with! She took pictures of our wedding vision and really made them come to life. She even made a mock-up bouquet for me to display at our engagement party. One thing that I really enjoyed about A Flower Basket was that they were very accommodating. My schedule is crazy and she moved her schedule around to make our meetings work. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and we received several compliments on them. The staff at A Flower Basket even delivered and set up all the arrangements on time to our venue in a blizzard! We researched many different florists in the Omaha area. Then my roommate (who was also getting married) recommended Deneen. I met with Deneen for a short time, letting her know the colors and style of our wedding. I gave her pretty loose guidelines. When the wedding got closer, she asked me if I had any pictures of things I like, I sent her a couple pictures. I could not have been happier with Deneen's creations. We only met with her once after which I sent her a Pinterest board of flowers I liked.
