I was in charge of event services for a global meeting event with around 75 guests and hired them for music / DJ services.
I had completely forgotten we needed additional items like a mic and mic stand for our team to address the attendees and Alex was able to get everything set up on super late notice moments after I alerted him, effectively saving the day and making sure our event went off without issue.
His song selection was on point and kept the party going the whole time. He showed up on time, the set up was exactly what I requested and there were no hidden charges or fees.
