I've struggled with breakouts my whole life. Thanks to a body mind connection, my skin has never been clearer! A customized treatment for my skin was set in place and the esthetician educated me on the right skincare products to use afterward. I've never been happier and excited to announce I'm comfortable going makeup free most days! I've also had the opportunity to use their massage treatments. Just like the facials, they customized my massage to fit my requests. They were careful around sore areas and even preformed cupping on me! (Which I highly recommend) I highly recommend this spa!! A Body Mind Connection provides a very relaxed, comfortable and quiet environment in which to offer the best possible experience. The staff are highly trained and therefore are able to provide everything from a basic, relaxing massage to being able to home in on and treat specific physical and/or medical conditions. They truly care about their clients, are very trust worthy, easy to talk with and go above and beyond to make sure that you walk out of their door better than when you walked in. I personally have been helped and educated by them for a medical condition of my own. Not only are their massages amazing, but I know they also do a number of specialty services. Body Mind Connection is such a professional boutique experience. I've had massages all over the world at many types of spas and more me its about the body work that I have done. I've had massages and facials here and they are incredible. They always listen to what my body needs and have always walked out relaxed and feeling better.
