These ladies definitely have their act together! Â Just had the most incredible strawberry short cake for our secretary's birthday. Â This ranks as one of the best strawberry short cakes I have ever had. Â Everyone enjoyed the cake- no crumbs left on anyone's plate. Â Â We have several bakeries in Baltimore, this by far is at the top. Â Located on North Charles Street in the Charles Plaza Food court - definitely worth a visit . Tavia, the owner and baker made us a cake to celebrate our daughter's engagement. The cake was beautiful and all of our guest LOVED the lemon layer and the blueberry layer;
they even enjoyed the tasty marshmallow, "fondant" layer. The dairy free cupcakes Tavia made for our dairy allergic guests were equally delicious.
Besides all of this, we can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with this accommodating and creative lady! We wish our daughter was getting married locally, so "A Bite of Heaven" could make this cake too! :)

I recently purchased a yellow/white cake with chocolate frosting and it was amazing!!!! I call it the "Better than Berger Cookies Cake" and I can not wait to get it again. I have had their cookies, brownies and cinnamon rolls and have enjoyed them all, because they are always so fresh and taste better than home made. More...
