Hi everyone. Here to tell you about "A Better Plumbing Company Inc." We had our main water pipe burst and man was it is mess! We texted the company and in no less than 15 minutes, Ken replied and set an appointment for the every next morning. By the way, I shut the water off so, next day was not an issue. By Friday all was done. New main water line, concrete and valve. He even fixed the sprinkler valve. Great work and completed the work as promised. His guys were professional as he was. This is the second time that I have hired this company to make repairs and/or replacements in my home. Â My house is just over 20 years old, so it has been time to replace some items that have just worn out. Â The first was my hot water heater this past spring and today was my garbage disposal. Â Both had just reached the end of their useful lives. Â Both Ken and Jessie did the work on the hot water heater replacement. Â All good, no issues at all. Â And today, Jessie replaced my garbage disposal. Â Again, the repair went great. Â I made the appointment on Saturday for today, since there was no urgency. Â Jessie showed up exactly on time and did the repairs quickly and expertly. Â He was in and out of the house in less than 30 minutes. Â Super friendly guy. Â Cleaned up everything when he was done. I was referred to Ken by a friend. His guys have already been to our house twice. Once to install a new water heater and once for a backed up kitchen sink. Both times they were very prompt and highly communicative about the repair. We haven't met Ken yet in person just texts and phone conversations but that's ok. His team has been great. Ken is awesome! Probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! We had an emergency at 5 am. Our water heater started to spray water. Ken was one of the few companies I called to come check it out. He was the only one who was willing to come out early in the morning in less than an hour to check out the problem. After the evaluation, he replaced the water heater right away. He was a life saver!!! I don't know what I would have done if Ken didn't come out right away. If anyone has an emergency, Ken is the man to go too! Thanks a lot Ken!!! More...

When it comes to toilets this guy is the shit! (Pun intended) Seriously though, we had a non-emergency situation, he was quick to respond to my email and made himself available within the day to come out and provide a quote (charged half of what was expected) and we were able to have it fixed that same day.

We had a recent issue with an odor detected in my sink and near out plumbing exit lines. Better plumbing came out quickly and gave us an appointment to clean the lines for the subsequent Thursday. The tech ran one of the branches but not the sink. Initially impressed but the sink backed up less than a week later. We weren't able to reach them immediately and paid another service to clear the block. We contacted Better Plumbing to follow up on the sink line. Unfortunately the tech did not call or show to the follow up appointment but the owner followed up and rescheduled. Both the tech and the owner came by the next day to check the line and ensure everything was clear and working. I appreciate the follow up and service from Ken (owner), hence the four stars. Never have I had such a wonderful experience with a plumber. Ken(owner) responded back to my text messages right away. He came out on the SAME day and on time. He went under the house to check on our pipes and instead of trying to get $ from us, he told us there were no problems and made some suggestions. I asked him to please write it in a letter for our buyer that there were no issues. He had no problems doing that quickly and thoroughly! No estimate fees, no problems whatsoever, and he did all this for us with no hesitation. I highly recommend Ken if you're looking for a honest and efficient plumber! More...

Ken came out at 9 pm on a Saturday night when a fitting came unglued and was spewing water all over my yard. I had to shut the water off to the whole house while I tried to find someone to come out, but was told by another 24/7 plumbing service that they wouldn' t fix something related to my irrigation system. Everyone else was closed until Monday or not answering calls. Ken came out immediately and had it fixed within about 20 minutes, turning a tear-inducing situation for me into something much less stressful.
