Nygel Gladney came from playing high school football at Crosby high school where he played varsity for 3 years. In those 3 years at his high school he became the captain of the team his Jr year, held the most tackles on the team, won 1st place at weight lifting competition, received the Bolden award scholarship, and played in the Connecticut All Star Game his senior year.
