I reached out to this salon because a friend of mine had such a GREAT experience and I went GAGA over her lashes.  My friend and I are 'women of vintage' and we do not require the 'obvious' Dolly Parton lashes. ..just a pop of 'gorgeous' so we don't have to bother with mascara in the mornings.Karen James was my assigned 'artist' for my first visit and, when I explained what I wanted, she delivered in the most PERFECT way.  Just enough glamour without going over the top.  Everyone at my daughters wedding couldn't stop talking about my eyes...and I had no mascara on.  The lash material is very high quality and holds very well.  I went on a cruise and the lashes held up very well.  She also gave me excellent advice on how to wash my lashes for continued maintenance to keep oils and cleanse material off of them for extra longevity.  She is going to be my lash artist for as long as she wants to be.Karen is SUCH AN ARTIST.  When I first went, I had a hard time with my eyelids trembling and she just kept touching my eyelids to get me used to the process and the results were UH-mazing.  My husband could stop telling how pretty my eyes looked.  Plus, I had a permanent eyeliner makeup consultation to update my look and felt very comfortable with their professional approach.  She also made sure that I had a look that suited my age and personal wishes...so I didn't walk out looking as though I was a 59 year old trying to look like a teenager.  I walked out look like a 'vintage lady' with a 'fresh' look.  I LOVED the work.  Karen James really listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly.Ladies, especially those of you you want a glam look that doesn't go over the top, ask for Karen James.
