We used A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding and had the best experience! The bus itself was great, but the real star of the show was our driver, Reese. He put up with our plans and destinations changing multiple time and was super kind and accommodating. He had an umbrella waiting for me when I got to the front door, helped me get through some teary moments, and overall just went above and beyond. We rented your monarch bus for our wedding day and it amazing. We had enough room for the luggage we brought, our coolers, and the wedding party. Larry was our limo bus chauffeur for our wedding. Enough good things cannot be said about him. He was fun, kind, and catered to every need. We booked A1 to take our wedding party and plus ones back to the hotel after our wedding reception. The drive was only 20 min. A1 was perfect and super accommodating. They confirmed with us that the correct people were on the bus prior to leaving and were super kind in all communication. The bus was clean and just right for the number of people we had. Loved working with A-1 Mr. Limo for our wedding day transportation! From the getgo they were so nice and easy to work with, they communicated well as we approached our wedding and I had no doubts it was going to run smooth. One of my favorite vendors to work with when planning my wedding b/c of how efficient, kind and professional they were. Cathy scheduled our limo for us and sent me numerous options with pricing and photos. She was quick to reply and just a pleasure to work with. Then we had Judy as our drive on the wedding day and she was so sweet and fun and caring. She called me the day before to say hello and introduce herself. She wanted me to have her direct number in case I needed anything before she picked us up on the wedding day. Wow! Great customer service. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in Cleveland looking for transportation for a special event. If you're trying to decide on a limo service for your wedding day or any event, this is the company you want to go with. We had Dave Sternad as our driver for our day and words really can't describe how great he was! He had paper towels for us outside when we were taking pictures to dab our sweat... He had two cups of water for my husband and I RIGHT as we walked out of our ceremony... He helped us off the bus every time we got out... He held my flowers so I could walk and hold my dress up. I really could go on and on. He was such a gentleman and just absolutely made our day easy and fun for the time we had him. A-1 Mr. Limo was a joy to work with. I had an absolutely worry-free experience and the plan come wedding day went off without a hitch. Dave Kovacs was our driver and he called me a week before the wedding just to introduce himself, talk to me about our preferences, and let us know that he was here to make our wedding day perfect. And he did just that! Dave was awesome - as soon as my husband and I exited the church, he was there waiting for us with waters and extended us a congratulations. Every time we got on and off the bus, he helped us girls (so we didn't trip with our heels on.) And each time we stopped for photos, he took care of getting all the bridesmaids' bouquets and handed them to us while patting them dry from water while they were stored during transit. It was truly the small things like that that sets A-1 Mr. Limo apart. The transportation was perfect. The music worked great. The bus was clean and had plenty of room for a 22 person bridal party! Wonderful experience! Used them for our wedding 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. From the time of booking the staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to go back on 2 occasions to look at the different limo options prior to deciding. Even gave us a nice discount for booking 2 years in advance! Other limo companies we had looked at seemed shady, didn’t feel comfortable with any company but A1 Mr. Limo. They were flexible with us changing our time slightly and changing the schedules stops for the day. Our drivers were some of the nicest people we have ever met. A-1 Mr. Limo has been amazing since the start of our wedding planning. They are EXTREMELY great at customer service and will do anything to ensure using them is a quick and easy process. Our driver, Matt, was first class. He went above and beyond to make everything easy on us; from loading up all of our drinks to having absolutely anything you could ever need on board! Wow! I have so many wonderful things to say about A-1 Mr. Limo. This was my first time booking a limo service ever and it was for my daughter’s 16th birthday with friends this afternoon. I spent so many hours inquiring with multiple companies and was completely overwhelmed with discomfort with so many of them. I expanded my search to a wider area and that’s when I can across hundreds of wonderful reviews of A-1 Mr. Limo. I knew very quickly after speaking with Quinn that we would be using their service. Every step of the process was easy and extremely professional. I was even more thrilled when our driver, Kibby, called the day before to verify details because I knew all of the girls would be even more comfortable with a woman driver. Kibby was phenomenal! The entire day was flawless. She was there early, was warm and welcoming, professional, and amazing with the group of nine 16 year-olds. They all raved about her when they returned. She even walked them inside the escape room! She made an amazing day for the girls and for us parents. Carmen was so easy to work with in planning the wedding day. Answered my 1000 questions I had for him and was able to make any adjustments I needed to have made. Now for the day of the wedding, Larry was INCREDIBLE! We rented a bus(Luxor) for our wedding last weekend and we joked that Larry would be invited to all family functions. He would bring my veil or flowers off of the bus when we were taking pictures if I forgot them. He would help get the train of my dress during pictures when he absolutely didn’t have to do that. He would make joking commentary during the songs we were playing. He was literally the best and if I ever need a limo/bus again I will 100% be using this company and requesting Larry. Oh I cannot express how awesome this company is! Had the pleasure of using them for a group outing in Cleveland. He also helped save my Frenchie, who suffered sudden severe heat exhaustion.
